How do I reset my password? The system does not recognize my mobile number or e-mail.

Don't Panic!

The first step is to request your login information from the login screen by selecting 'forgotten password'. You should then receive an email with your login username and domain and a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder.

The Vivo Administrator at your school is able to manually reset your password for you if all else fails and you can then make sure the correct email address is registered to your account to be able to use 'forgotten password' in the future.
